Transitional Rehab is our comprehensive, multi-disciplinary rehabilitation program that takes advantage of our beautiful private rooms and specializes in short stay recovery after surgery or other illness.

Our Transitional Rehabilitation program maintains a high staff to patient ratio. Our professional staff of physicians, nurses, physical and occupational therapists and speech-language pathologists are able to provide highly personalized care that translates to a quicker recovery. Recover in luxury in our large well-appointed private rooms which allow privacy and comfort during your stay.

We strive to ensure that each aspect of our patient’s care exceeds their expectations resulting in a positive patient experience.

We would like to thank Mt. Vista for everything they did for our mother, Lenora Musgrave. We wish we could thank everyone personally, but we’re afraid we would leave someone out by accident. The nursing/CNA staff led by Joni Martin went above and beyond to provide high quality care, and all the departments worked together for the good of our mother – from housekeeping to dietary to physical therapy, etc. Even the administrator, Cindy Montgomery, came by several times to check on our mother. And Dr. Baker truly cares about his residents and their families. He kept us informed of everything he did for our mother. We’re very proud to know Mt. Vista is here in our own community of Denton, NC to provide such a quality service to those in need. We just can’t thank them enough. They are the best! God bless them all!

I love that one girl Kelly she really helped me so much she is the best she deserves so much more I would definitely go back just because of Kelly 10/10 definitely recommend meeting Kelly she is a great person and very nice😃
